Upon receiving the orders, all employees of the company attached great importance to the mission. To successfully complete this textbook printing task, the company implemented a dedicated strategic deployment by establishing a Textbook Special Production Team, enforcing comprehensive full-process control across raw material screening, pre-press proofreading, on-press printing, process control, and finished product quality inspection.

During the production process, the company strictly adhered to the printing regulations for educational publications, selecting premium eco-friendly soy inks to guarantee reading visual comfort and usage safety right from the source. In the pre-press stage, technical personnel conducted multiple verification and calibration checks to eliminate errors such as typos, missing pages, graphic shifts, and deformed formulas. In the printing stage, high-precision printing equipment was deployed to unify ink-water balance parameters and strictly control overprinting accuracy, ensuring clear text, smooth lines, clean layouts, and uniform color distribution. In the post-press binding stage, educational book binding standards were rigorously executed to meticulously complete processes like lamination, cutting, and binding, ensuring that textbooks are flat, neatly squared, sturdy, durable, and smooth to flip through.

Concurrently, the company’s quality inspection team implemented full-process quality testing, inspecting each textbook one by one and verifying item by item. They focused strictly on critical indicators such as the restoration effects of charts and graphics in printed content, page number sequences and alignments, finished product dimensions, and binding quality—comprehensively eliminating any quality flaws to guarantee that every single textbook leaving the factory complies with publishing standards and educational usage requirements.
